Order Processing

Most of our products are handmade and personalized, so processing times may vary depending on the item ordered.

Once your order is confirmed, we will begin preparing it as quickly as possible. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.

Shipping Within Jordan

We currently deliver to all governorates across Jordan.

Shipping fees are as follows:

Amman: 3 JD
Other Governorates: 5 JD

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message. If tracking information is available, it will be provided with your shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

That Moment is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery or Refused Orders

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or if the customer refuses to accept the order without a valid reason, any additional shipping or re-delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the package and the product so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
